I think both pictures are unbelievable good   
But in my opinion the coast area is just too empty, even though I really like that transition with the stairs in joelyboy911's picture 

Ioan's picture is really good. Personally I'm not a fan of skyscrapers and I prefer european architecture but I think it looks quite good here and I still love that plaza and the elevated rail.

So in the end I vote for io_bg because he really deserved to go into the HOF

Sorry, I really like Yan's highway, his GLR line, that green building (I have it, I can't remember the name), ships in port and the rain.
