The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

Hope it's alright to post this in this forum.   Hadn't played SC4 for about two weeks (was taking a break and playing CivIV), took out my Civ disk, put in my SC4 disk and am set to go ...ok...installed a couple of new goodies that I had downloaded......click on the icon and get a loud "bong" sound and a small popup that says "debugger dectected"    "Please unload the debugger and try again".  Thought it was just in or one of my new downloads was doing it....searched thru everything, ran a completely new Datpacker ... tried to restart, same thing... took  all the files from the plugins folder .....same thing.   Have run a search on the system and the only debuggers I find are ones that have been in the hidden Windows files forever!
The only new thing I might have is associated with the CivIV python files!   Don't see how that could affect it tho'.
by the way....system is an HP with Vista Home Premium.....
Can anyone help?
