Ok, so I was playing with the Maxis version of London, that I had just chaged the config of, yestersay. I had built a nice suburb of about 40 000 sims, with 3 neighbouring cities, a dirty industry in the east, Hi-tech in the west and a general built-up city of about 110 000 sims, to boost demand for the CBD. Anyway, I saved it last night, everything looked fine and I was feeling a little pleased with myself ()stsfd(). When I opened it this evening, I discovered this:

Where the hell is my city!?!

The population is still there, as that one suburd doesn't make up for the whole region pop (I don't have any other cities in the region)

I loaded the city to the west of the missing city, as evidenced by the lake...

...and found that the neighbout connections on the right hand side of the tile leading to the missing city were still there!

I then looked at the demand, becouse it looked odd if it were a fresh city, and found this:

Which is clearly evidence of a big neighbouring city.

Additional info:
I cannot click or otherwise select the missing city, so I don't think it's a thumbnail problem...
The lack of IHT demand is caused by there being a IHT city to the north of the city shown above.
I also have not modified any of the folder contents of the plugins folder either in the my documents one and the program file plugins folder...

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
