BSC Trail Yellow Arrows

I was laying a BSC Trail, the yellow arrows I gather are used to help align the trail. Well the yellow arrows are still there after the trail is done.

Maybe you have the game paused and they're supposed to disappear after a few simulation days?

(They always disappear immediately for me...)

IIRC, they show up at January 1st once, so if you paused the game at just that date (or maybe one or two day before or after), you'll see a phenomenon like this. A similar effect, but just the other way round, is using lots with seasonal trees - you have to wait until the next seasonal change in order to see any trees.
