The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

I found some prop files for Under bridge and/or rail for streets and roads, By BuddyBud.  Does anyone know if there are some lots already designed for this or do I have to make my own?  I tried doing a search on the LEX but came up empty.

They are already designed and released but I believe that Buddybud''s underpasses have disappeared off the STEX. I think some people are trying to contact him to get permission to re-upload them either back on the STEX or here. Not sure if anyone else has some more up to date news.
