Wonderful work ShultzCity! I love the diverse but still natural look of the grass. You really should try this one in the picture competition!  &apls

ShultzCity

Thanks! I might just, but I just lost in it - so don't I have to wait 5 pages before trying again?

Not exactly. You can enter the competition with another picture before the 5 pages have passed. In the rules you find this phrase: "If your picture loses, it can't be posted up again until at least five entire pages has passed (not five pages worth of posts, but five whole pages devoid of that picture)."

The detail is in the word. The word "it" refers to "your picture", which implifies that the rule is only valid for the picture that lost and not for another picture made by you.  ;)

Excellent rural scene, Jacob (ShultzCity). You have a distinctive and very attractive style unlike any I've ever seen before. I hope we'll be seeing a lot more of your work from time to time. :)

Looks great! I love the way you detailed the river bed and banks ... btw, is this game water or some ploppable water? The transparent look is terrific!
If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It's much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.

Thanks Rady. This is very shallow game water.
