This use to be the location of Crosstown Int'l Airport. The airport is now going to be relocated to the Southwestern portion of the city.

The green circle tower things? It's the Quandrahedron Matrix, from a Japanese site.

It was also released at the STEX by Zelgadis, he improved imperfections of the original lot (not models, they are very good). I haven't the link now, type "Zelgadis" in the search box.
