With Bat vote added the score stood at 7/5 and his vote was cast more than 24 hrs after the round started.
All other votes are null and void in this case

fine actually although you haven't posted the picture only a link, that image is amazing, i genuinely can't find anything wrong with it. however in this instance i prefer Derry's picture.

I've never seen a rest area quite like that before.  Perhaps if there was a bathroom or something else to entice people to stop, though there are a lot of people using it anyway   My vote this round goes to TTC.
