Great work as usual on the last few updates, which in retrospect, I'm upset I didn't comment on at the time... ()sad()

I do have a little question though. I notice a lot of small TE parking lots around the small downtown areas. Are those hooha47's from ST or your own creations? I ask because I was thinking of downloading some of hooha's PL, but the idea of 1x1 modular parking lots...the MML frustration, menu clutter, etc...I just couldn't bring myself to not be so lazy when it feels so good to be just that...  $%Grinno$%

Anyways, keep up the great work...I'd love to see some more big city love sometime if you ever get around to it.  ;D Those first posts are still my absolute favorite of yours...

EDIT: 10th page...woot! Keep the growth going!

cubby420: Hey, thank you! Yes the parking lots are the ones from hooha47, but I only got the gray basic pack. You don't have to use the MML-Mod, and the good thing is that they are situated at the very end of the transportation menu. :) And I promise, there will be some more big city pictures soon. ;)

As I said before, some more pictures of Cranford... ;)

New Farms are being built.

This is the the industrial area of Cranford, mostly older buildings.

cheers

Battlecat

Excellent looking industrial area, that's a very nice selection of older buildings there!

cubby420

I agree with Battlecat, that industrial area looks excellent, mostly due to the high level of similarity in building style. The older, larger, boxier, browner, industrial structures of days past (at least where I'm from) are still somewhat missing from the game, despite the work of excellent creators (SG, Jestarr, even a few BSP projects come to mind immediately). I particularly love the China Buffet across the street from the large manufacturing plant with the small town W2W street across the tracks because...well...I don't know...but I feel like I've driven that road before near where I come from, and that's pretty damn awesome.  ()stsfd()

My nitpick of the day I guess ( ;) if I have to have one) is that while I concede the euro road texture is often more aesthetically pleasing, this American style suburb just seems amiss without the old yellow lines and dashes.

bat

These are some great pictures of your farms! Fantastic work on this area!
Looking forward to more great work...

Battlecat, bat, Sciurus, Engorn, BuildingUp, GreekMan: Thank you all very much.

Thanks. I guess it's part of a Simgoober or JMyers farmpack from the LEX.

cubby420: Thank you very much. I also like these old industrial buildings. But I must say I also love the newer one's, especially the warehouses. The most important thing is to me that the industrial buildings are big. I think the Maxis-Industrials are all much to small... ;)

Today only a picture of Cranford atomic plant. It's one of the most efficient plants in the whole Bay Area.

fantastic shots all of them. great work, but wouldn't a nclear power plant be a little bigger.
NAM + CAM + RAM + SAM, that's how I roll....

Battlecat

Your latest shot is fantastic!

penguin007

I always loved your urban-rural transitions and here again are great examples of that transition in your updates. I love the power plant and the railways look really alive.

It's been a while since I commented...  ::)

The town, agricultural areas, and the atomic plant are well constructed!  They certainly do look realistic!  :)

The colors in your updates are fantastic, as well as the aspect of real world!!!

As usual, beautiful pic there. I just realized I downloaded Andreas' power plant a while back and never tested it...so this is the first I've actually seen of it blended in game. Beautiful and detailed model and lot for sure.

Do remember however, that nuclear power plants are heavily secured (or at least should be... /wrrd%&) facilities. Perhaps some more effective security measures would fit well here. Some of the SNM lots work well, especially the tall barbed wire fences and gatehouses. Just a suggestion.

Your pics continue to enthrall me. Keep up the excellent work
