Need help with transit enableing

It would be very nice if someone could help me:)

My problem is: the square hightlited with red colour and white "L" letter

I can't make this tile transit enabled.

I assume this tile is set to "land constricted" (can only be built on land) - and I also assume that those cannot be transit enabled. You need to remove the "land" setting in the Lot Editor first, then you should be able to TE the lot.
