Well I didnt know quite which forum to post this in, this seemed the most adequate.

Pretty much, Im confused as to what I need to download to build a custom airport? Is there some BATS/Lots that people generally use?

Hey there, nedalezz...

A fantastic list of Airport Plugins can be found here... which lists almost every single aircraft and airport piece available. To build the actual terminal and runway pieces, the RMIP series would be the way to go  (links can be found in that list). An excellent tutorial for building airports can be found here.

Finally, to keep up with the latest Aviation-related development, it's best to keep an eye on both the AC and the SCAG boards.

Yes, they're a lot of pzck over the STEX.
Just search for AC, airport etc on the STEX abd you'll find what you need to make a good realistic airport !
