looking for the name of a certain lot

looking for the name of a lot, know it's a BSC lot, believe it was by Valk.

I know I have the lot here already, but for the life of me can't remeber the name of it

I remeber it was a 4x4 lot that when you queried the lot it would tell you the cities current garbage out put by all buildings in the city, think it also fuctioned as a recyling centre as well.

I think you might be looking for Deadwoods' Ministry of Garbage, which is a 4x4 lot and has the functionality you're describing. You can find it here on the LEX. Hope that helped.
