Looks great, I love the rails and trams, as well as RHW. Are those on-slope ave FLUPs or some kind of tunnel mod in the "Y"? The par-clo might benefit from type-C ramps for a little merging space, but to each his own style. Really enjoy your MD

WC_EEND

Nice pictures, the ones with the tram-in-avenue seem to have a quintessentially European atmosphere

Nice trumpet! And excellent whole suburbs area, I like the way how you are developing it! Great work
And on region view I like the most this small, but beautiful-looking curved river with fields  between Dimitrovgrad and Kraimorie ;)
Thank you for visiting Kolbrów, and for being for last ten years!

Update 46 - Almus City

So, today we're visiting Almus City, most of it is still WIP, so I'm showing you only what is (completely) finished :P The city is located on an island and is connected with the mainland by two bridges (a highway and a HSR one), there are also ferry lines (however the sims aren't using them :D )
Here's a picture of the highway bridge

The Marina residence named by the ... (guess?) marina!

Two rainy pics...

This here is on the mainland, it's part of Levsky City

And now a few night pictures! The Marina residence with it's beautiful greenish illuminated roof

The highway bridge again with the tower under construction

The marina and the HSR line

Again the HSR plus the city gallery

And last but not least, two pictures from the mainland

This is all for today, I hope you like it! Comments, criticism, suggestions are welcome as always.

Nice job Ioan! I liked your cities until I saw your region view. I didn't know that you have created SKYSCRAPER FORESTS!!! I personally hate skyscraper forests. Yours only look good close up. But still, you have nice cities.

kelis - Thanks, Kelis!
daryl7478- Thanks, I'm glad you like the close-ups :D
i_love_lamp - refer to my previous post ;)
RickD - Thanks a lot, Raphael! Making these bridges look like what they are in the pictures requires some time and patience ;D

Update 47 - Another tour round Almus City

Today's update is bigger, I hope this way I'll make you comment more than the last time ;D To start off, here's a mosaic showing the HSR bridge and part of the W2W district - which is the oldest in Almus city.

Another look of the city showing the newer development in the city located west of the old district.

Commercial buildings along the coast. The top of the Marina residence (shown in the previous update) can be seen at the bottom of the picture.

Another shot of the same area.

A different view of that district. Note the ferry preparing to dock on the terminal.

This terminal, along with the other few ones (currently 2), provides an alternative way to get from the island to the mainland (and vice-versa) besides going over the highway bridge or taking a high-speed train.

Speaking of bridges, below is the highway one which is pretty busy.

Here's the eastern section of the bridge. The whole bridge is divided into an eastern, middle and western sections. The eastern, as you can see, is a suspension bridge. It was made high enough for ships to pass beneath it. On the top of the mosaic you can see the middle section which is the lowest of all.

This is all for now, please, comment after viewing.

This looks so awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm speechless.  I don't know what to say first.  I've always dreamed of a region like this.  If only it existed, for I would live there!  I do have a few questions, however.  How did you terraform the coastline?  I know you put sea walls over it, but It seems so perfect.

TiFlo

Neat and majestic. I always enjoy looking at your updates!

RickD

Comments seem to be slow at the moment. Propably everyone is enjoying summer or watching the world cup. ;)

Nice avenue in the mosaic. The FAR houses on the corner are an interesting feature. And that tower BAT with the golden roof is nice. I can't remember seeing it before.
Do I need to say that I like the bridge?  ::)

Amazing work, Ioan! The W2W in this update was fabulous, did you LE it all?

Another thing I really liked was the RHW with the custom medians, simply gorgeous.

Ethan :)
