FIFA World Cup - Rnd of 16 : Selections for games 1 - 4

Hi everyone.

Well the group matches are almost complete with the "knockout" matches to start very soon.
As there is no time off between the two, you will only have a max of 48 hours to make your
initial selections, so I ask that you keep an eye on this thread for the next games to be listed. We will post
the details as soon as we can.

Games from here on must end in a result whether it be in normal time, extra time or penalty shootout.
So there will be a change to our selection and scoring system. You will no longer have an option to
select a draw. The new options will be as follows:

WIN Option 1: Select the winner. Result can occur in normal time, extra time or penalty shootout.
Correct result = 1 Point

WIN Option 2: Select the winner. Result must occur in extra time or penalty shootout.
Correct result = 2 Points

WIN Option 3: Select the winner. Result must occur by penalty shootout only.
Correct result = 3 Points

So as you can see, if you are back in the pack there is still a chance for you if you are brave
and things go your way  If you are one of the leaders do you play safe or go for it?   
Some tough decisions to be made 

Making your selections will be by post in the following format:

Germany option1
Argentina option3

(ie: Germany just has to win. Argentina must win in a penalty shootout)
