the explosion startled a number of lambs who were milling about suspiciously.

Causing the lambs to run right off a cliff and fall into some water which disturbed a bed of clams.

in reality though, the disturbance was small,
clams are just easily bothered is all.

Soon the clams found themselves at the food stall.

A stall in a mall run by someone tall.

but the clams weren't customers
in fact they were late,
to be laid down upon
a customer's plate
