Mayor mode ploppable park pieces

I am not sure how possible it is to make, since I notice mayor mode ploppables are few and far between, but....

I like to make custom parks using trees, draggable paths, etc from the mayor mode plop menu.  Unfortunately, there aren't much by the way of park ploppables.  So if anyone would like to take up the challenge, I would like to see mayor mode plop park pieces like benches, tables, grills, gazebo, playground equipment, pavilions, things that are normal park fare.

You may be interested in this SBFT Park Set

You would have to register and log into the LEX to see the dl link.  A search on of the for "parks" returns quite the list.  The link above looks to be modular parks.

Or you could start lotting your own.  This isn't really a BAT request per-say, unless you want new benches (because there are many benches out there).

Parks as flora would be neat as well, although I don't believe there is a way to control the direction they face

Chris Adams has done some paths as part of the RRP which work quite well. They should be on the LEX.  As for Ploppable Park pieces you should be able to create them from existing prop packs.  I think Barby did a tutorial on creating MM plops, but I'm not sure.
