This is the PIM-X'd version of the BRAN Publishing CO, which was released by Sgt Pepper on the STEX a few days ago. It grows on a 4x2 lot (in the Houston and Euro tilesets) and has a .80 filling degree (Stage 10 CO§§). The model can be found here.

This is the PIM-X'd version of the Palmas Corporation, which was released by tcx on the STEX a few days ago. It could only be plopped as a diagonal building, but I redid it and it now grows on a 2x2 lot (in the Houston and Euro tilesets) and has a .40 filling degree (Stage 7 CO§§§). The model can be found here.

AT&T Corporate Center by geoff_diamond (revisited by ScottFTL)

The original building is a landmark without jobs on a 6x4 lot, so I created Co$$ and Co$$$ versions using a filling degree of 0.85 for both.  The CO$$ is stage 15 with 23,649 jobs, and the CO$$$ is a stage 14 with 16,541 jobs. The model and original lot are found here.
