I think I know custom lots when I see them. And it looks like it took you a while to make, especially that forest. Its a realistic neighborhood, because the houses appear to be random. Speaking of which, some of us have managed to grow diagonal Mattb325 houses in a row on diagonal Maxis street. How was programing that even possible? I usually have to lay pedmall tiles and the diagonal street to get them there, but they can work without having the other zoning arrow attached to the street.

I don't think those are custom lots, maybe a couple. It looks like Matt drew out the roads in the layout he wanted, zoned residential and let it grow. He might have some sort of programming, they are his homes.

Just do a stex search for aspen village condominiums and you'll see them at the top of the search. Happy hunting!

You should probably just search for "aspen" or "condominiums", since the STEX search function would just show everything with the words "aspen", "village" and "condominiums" in it if you searched for all three words... Yeah, the STEX search function is in need of a redesign, IMO.

Indeed. Many STEX features are in need of a little "redesign" I think.  I had luck searching for the whole name but you never know. Maybe this is a little off topic, but does anyone know why the LEX mega-lot of the Aspen Village Condos is locked? In fact a few of Colyn's residential mega lots are locked.

The BATs you want are the first two results that show up when you search for "aspen": this one and this one. Only download one of them, though, because you can only have one installed at a time. If you want the model in more than one paint scheme, download the second one.
