Issue with the water system

Here's a little pic to help describing my problem


The waterpumps are powered but it seems that the water refuses tu use the pipes. I'm playing on the largest tile and this problem is everywhere in this city I'm just starting. I'm using several type of pump (including Somy's).

Do you guys have any idea on what's going on here ?

Can I suggest making sure that your pipes pass under every square that the water lot covers. It's not always that easy to pick the exact point that the water flows from. Other than that not sure what else could be the problem other than power which you seem to have covered.

You should also wait until the pipes turn from red to grey. They won't be able to carry water until this happens.
