SC4Exemplar.xml

So I seem to have lost my copy of SC4Exemplar.xml.  I'd like to see what the original Maxis descriptions were so I can better understand stuff.  Apparently it used to be in the SimCity 4\Apps folder?  Anybody want to email that to me, please?

SC4Exemplar.xml wasn't included with the game itself.
You only need to reinstall Maxis' Plugin Manager to get it back.
