Does anyone know how to make animated flags, like the ones from the Maxis SC4 website? I'm trying to make many world flags.

There used to be a tutorial at Simtropolis on creating a animated flag which helped me when making a NZ animated flag, I've had a look around but it now seems to have been deleted (or at least I can't find it).

I still have my notes I made at the time (not sure where as they are handwritten), I'll take a look this weekend and see if I can find them, it may take me a while to put my notes into human readable form and I'm in the middle of RTMT beta testing at the moment so you may have to remind me if I haven't posted by the end of the month.

The BSC flag packs contain many of the world flags.  Geoffhaw has created most of them so take a look at them and if you can't find the ones you need send him a PM.
