News:

The SC4 Devotion Forums are no longer active, but remain online in an archived, read-only "museum" state.  It is not possible for regular members to post or use the private messaging system, and no technical support will be provided for any issues pertaining to the forums in their current state.  Attachments (those that still work) are accessible without login.

The LEX has been replaced with SC4Evermore (SC4E), and SC4E maintains an active Discord server.  For traditional forums, we recommend Simtropolis.

since Pim-x wont let me edit plop cost or pretty much anything and you don't have all the availabilities in just PIM... is there just a properties editor i can download so i can set variables to custom buildings and use PIM-x because PIM-x has more abilities... but doesn't allow variables to be edited... I would like to create something in PIM-x then use a properties editor to change cost, desirability, etc.

As cogeo said, ilive's Reader. But you could also try SC4Tool.

With the former you can do anything, but its learning curve is quite steep.
The latter is probably more suitable for the tasks you've got in mind. ;)

SC4Tool is not really a "general properties editor", but as RippleJet said, the Exemplar Editor in SC4Tool should do the trick for you. :)
