Problem with plugins

I have a problem with the plugins:
When I use any plugins crash immediately or go to the next use of the city.

You might need to clarrify your problem a bit more, not quite undersranding exactly what it is or the meaning of  when using plugins go to the next use of the city too.

If your game is crashing when using a plugin of some sort, do you know which plugin it could be. any or all   

Are you having problems query the buildings  or placing some plopable type of plugin or some use it may have

or installing the plugins into your game .

When I put a plugin in the city goes in crash, with any plugin.

Do you have SC4 Rush Hour/Deluxe with the update?  If you do not this may be a problem.
