Any water mod I use (Coastal Mod, PEG Water Mods) are almost completely transparent.  It really makes for a rough seashore, as you can see every aspect of the seafloor.  Using underwater flora, rocks, etc to liven it up (see Corsica MD, O.S.I.T.M.) doesnt help, because in some of my rivers you almost cant tell there is water there at all.

I see some pictures in Show us Your... threads and SC4 picture Competition and the water looks much less transparent.  Perhaps I need to adjust some exemplar or something?  Anyone have this problem?  Thanks for your help!

Seeing a screenshot of your situation would be helpful.

Not knowing what you've got in your Plugins folder I'll just do some guessing here.

Are you using a CP Terrain Mod? Are you using different types of Water Flora? Twice yes? Good!

The problem is caused by one of the flora packs loading after the Terrain Mod, which makes it easy to resolve.
Just take the Columbus Terrain Mod, any extra CPT Mod and your Water Mod and put them into a folder starting with z_ , that's it.
Maybe not the most elegant solution, but it works.

In case you didn't respond yes to the above question, don't know how to help you.

Myself.or.? , you have unwittingly exposed yourself to be none other than Professor X, Charles Xavier!  You read my mind and discovered that yes, both of those issues apply to me.  Its funny because I had a hunch it had something to do with those.  I installed a flora pack (from Heblem, great stuff) and the next time it loaded I thought, that doesn't look right.  But I thought I was imagining it.

Well done sir, well done.

PS "Charles nooooooo! Get out of my head Charles!"

Oh well, if you insist...anyway, some pretty weird ideas you've got in there  ;).

All the Credit actually goes to Dedgren. He found out this problem years back and I just happened to read it up a couple of days ago.

I think I'm having the EXACT same issue, I was planning on posting it myself but now I can just ask it here ;)

Following mods are installed:
- Brigantine;
- Gray Marble Rock Mod;
- Terrain Mod Italia;

I have NO clue why it's white, as I don't have a beach mod installed =s and my game has worked perfectly before, so I know something's wrong...
Are you having the exact same problem?

My first suggestion would be to try as above (and below).

Take all three Mods and move them to a z_ folder. See what happens and please let us know.

BTW, the big problem seems to be linked to the Seawall. Did you check for possible dependencies or place anything around it?
