Unfortunately the toilet-cleaner caused a short-circuit in the highrise and now someone needs to come and fix it

The fire-extinguishing process was unfortunately hampered by dirty toilets, so they had to be cleaned before the fire could be extinguished. Now would be a good time to extinguish the fire though...
