Hydroponics Building

In light of the lack of any sizable I-HT buildings in the SC4 building set, I have decided to make one.
Starting first is my hydroponics building.
I fully admit to not modelling the glass facade, instead using a model uploaded whose creator wanted it used in BATs. Credit will be given where due when this is uploaded and finalized.
But I did model everything else.

Anyways, how is the building, and more importantly, are there significant issues I need to fix?

Looks cool.  It will look nice in my futuristic/ultra modern cities.

Can I download the model so I can make a lot of the building?

...That is what I am doing...

I say the night lighting looks a bit unnatural, although that may be exactly what you're going for. I don't see much detail within the structure. Since your I-HT concept reminds me A LOT of Pegasus' Skyfarms, I'll link you to a picture of the kind of details I'm thinking of:

Perhaps this will give you some inspiration. These were so good I X-tooled them for use in CAM, even. More large I-HT buildings are needed, I agree.

Are these better?

HappyDays

Significantly clearer on the night image. It's better, I think.

It is possible to align the floors with the horizontal window support beams? On the night image they seem to be floating.

There do not seem to be light sources expressing themselves from within the building for the middle and right light patches of light on the ground surrounding the building.

Perhaps one of the entrances could be larger than the others to suggest that it's the loading dock used to get the food produced onto freight trucks.

I can try that.

I understand what you mean. I will try to fix it, but I do not want to lose those light beams on the ground, as I find them very aesthetically pleasing.
EDIT:
I did a few draft renders, and the ground beams are from the lobby lighting. Which, if you look closely at the ground floor of the building, is very brightly lit. Including the right section, not visible in this image due to perspective.

I really like that idea.

This project has a bright future ahead. Is the building rendered by 3DS Max? Is the model HD?

I am using Gmax.
What do you mean by "is the model HD"?

i think it does
it took atleast 2 hours for me to render one HD pylon wired.
so it will take ages to render this
but i never render in sd  so i dont know it for sure
but there's a chance it will

Terring7

The design is great  If you are going to create more high tech farms, here are some images for inspiration :)

Then it is out of the question for me. It took two days to render a condo, non-HD.

I really like the second one of those.

EDIT:
I tried lining up the floors - it will not work. No matter what, there is always the appearance of a gap due to shadows.
