Heyho and welcome to the thirtyth update of my MD Dragon Islands, but at thirst I want to say something:

Thank you all for your great support!

Today I will show you some pics of the first part of the TDRC main line, the one in between Lòng Chèng and shì Hàiwan. You might remember some places from the LCRT 2 line update or prior.

The route starts at Lòng Chèng, I couldn't resist to make a night pic...
1

Here we've got the terminus, no train wanted to appear so I took a pic without one...
2

We will follow this JR321 on it's way to Shì Haiwan, it's the 2:50AM overnight express to Shì Luna.
3

The train passes a lot of small stations like Xiaocun without stopping. (the train on the pic heads to the opposite direction, it's the 1:20 overnight expres from Shì Luna.)
4

The first stop on the route is Lòng Daiquiao.
5

Another couple of pics from along the route....
6

7

The train does not stop here too...
8

9

The line crosses the A2 on a old stone viaduct....
10

This is the start of the last STR section of the main line....
11

Do you remember the rail station of Shì Daótiàn? It's the last time we will see it like it has been originally buildt, we actually see the last train that stops at the old station, The next day it will be closed for a 4-track-reuilding to serve as a ending station for TDRC C line and as a place where express trains can overtake normal ones....
12

The train leaves Shì Daótiàn...
13

Cun bao is another station where the express does not stop, it already served it's last train around 22PM and will be closed for rebuilding as a 2 track station along the main line for a couple of weeks...
14

2 motives I liked....
15

16

Finally, the train arrives at Shì Hàiwan, travellers to Shì Luna will travel for another 1:05 hrs to the main station of the city on the dragon's tail.
17

I hope you've enjoied this update, greetins from Shì Haiwan, Skimbo :)

very nice Skimbo, It's very especially that you are following a train but I like it very much.  you deserves it

Skimbo

#106

But we won't follow this train, du I want to show you some pics of Shì Dáotiàn...
2

As you might notice, the location of the station has changed, it's some meters to the south of it's old place, that's because of the new tracks needed for the four plattforms and the whidening of the radius of the curve you can see at the pic below.
3

That's the new station of Cùn Bào, 2 plattforms too.
4

Due the whidening of the tracks, more freight traffic is possible, TDRC uses this potential, of course.
5

Another pic of the rail station of Shì Hàiwán.
6

A motive I liked:
7

That's another small station along the line, some hundert meters out of Cunshan....
8

Another motive I liked:
9

A train stops at plattform 4 of the main station of Yán àn...
10

I think I will follow this train...
....It heads through the city....
11

....Along the coast....
12

...through some tunnels....
13

...drives through the station of Mài cùn without stopping....
14

...Heads to Shì Luna.

Theese two intersections you will see next belong to the same line, it's the line between shì Shuixi and Shì luna. It has been buildt during the colonial times, one of the main bridges has been destroyed durng the independence war.

15

16

That's another intersection, this time it's a local line, I will show you some pics during the update for the train line of Luna Rapid Transit (LRT).
17

I loved this motive:
18

That's the station of Liú lín, a very small village along the tracks, but it was big enough to build a stop (For LRT only, TDRC trains do not stop here at all)
19

This is the first station at the suburbs of shì Luna. The main station of Xincun chéngbao.
20

This is the stop Xi Xincun chéngbao, LRT trains only again.
21

After passing this S curve, the train will reach the city boarder to Shì Luna, and the 3rd part of TDRC main line.

Simtropolis doesn't work for my Chrome, so i will comment here this time. :) Really great work again, especially the 18th pic blows my mind!

I would also like to ask (again), where did you get the train station in pic 10? Also, when you find those farms, be sure to tell, they really look great.
Has it really been almost 2 years?
Must return. :)

A fantastic and huge update, I loved it.

Today I will show you the last part of the TDR line at Shì Luna.

1

Here you can see the rail line next to the main te,ple of the city....
2

This pic is made along the "main road"....
3

A train next to the city's library.....
4

And A mega mosaique that shows the whoe line winding through the city, Sorry about the small misstakes and the short not - existing part, I ain't professional alt makeing mosaiques....

Attention: big.

Update thirtythree:

Today I will give you some closer views of one of the three districts of Shì luna.

The big road that enters the city along this place is the end of A2, the road is switching over from a Motorway to a normal 4 laned city road.
1

This is the same part of this beach, only a bit more close to the city center. There are several ferry terminals along the coastline to provide an efficient and fast way to reach other places next to the water.
2

This motive is located some meters away ofthe last two, "on top" of img 1.
3

Highrises along the TDR main line....
4

The area around the railstation at Bao yún dào...
5

A small zoomout view of the southern costal area.
6

This park is one of the few green places that's not located next to water.
7

Dense population at the center of the district...
8

And at the northern costal area.
9

The temple of this district s located next to the water.
10

Dense again...
11

And a last normal shot of some skyscrapers
12

Now a big zoomout of the district:
13

And the Dragon.... nearly finished...
14

I hope you've enjoined this update, greetings, Skimbo. :)

However, I find your beaches somewhat lifeless. Maybe you can put some sunshades? ::)
