Changing building tilesets?

How do you change the building tilesets in the game? I want to place the lots in the Euro tileset into the Houston one so I can have a tileset for custom lots. Thanks!

This information is found in SimCity_1.dat in the Maxis\Sim City 4 Delux folder.  You can open this file with Reader.  There is a lot of information in there, so using the "analyser" function will let you see every file with the "building" property.  You can go through the list looking for "Occupant Group" and change every 0x2003 to 0x2002.  See this thread for more info.

I recommend you back up your simcity_1.dat first though.
