On the 24 hour rule, I think it's a good thing to have. It keeps the competition going and thus interesting, otherwise one challange could last three days or so. To enforce it properly, a timer counting backwards could be shown. Or maybe the forum could be changed in such a way that after 24 hour it simply isn't possible to vote until a new challange begins (don't know much 'bout internet stuff so this could very well be impossible).

Ah... Don't say that too soon Noah. 

I do like the use of pedmalls in between the factories. Shows that we need some kind of a dirty pedmall texture.
