Travis, the building is made by JasonCW and can be found in the STEX. Click here for Maxis night version and here for DarkNite version. I might release these plazas once I create more pieces to complete the set (or at least try to). If you have any ideas for other lots, feel free to post them :)

Update 59 - The areas south of Sliven

Remember that road I showed you in the previous update? Today we're going to follow it and see where it is heading to ;) But in order to get on it, we'll have to take the underpass next to the train station and go through the industrial zone.

Then we'll go past some big factories

And then start climbing this winding road

Until we finally see an intersection which leads to...

... the rich man's quarter full of huge and expensive mansions.

It's built on a hilly area, that's why the uneven terrain is left out.

Going uphill we exit the city and go into the countryside

We're going back to the industrial area. A highway is running through it. If we go to the north (the bottom side of this picture), we'll arrive in Dover, the town from the previous updates. If we drive on the interchange, we'll get to the residential zones of the city and to some other areas that are still long way from finished ;)

Nice work! I like how you've mixed up the various wall sets.
In 59.12, I really wanted to ask how you got the wall texture underneath all of the rails, including the puzzle pieces? I have the peg mod but it doesn't incorporate the farr/puzzle pieces so I stopped using it..has there been a new download made available?

Very nice, Ioan !

I like the contrast of industrial and residential in this city. It also shows your versatility in that between the mansion district in the hills, the industry along the freeway, the apartments in the city, and the freeways crossing all of it. Beautiful work. :)
