Nice start for a MD ! I kinda love the feeling of this city. But let me give you some small advice.. First, try to put the game on play while taking your picture, so we can see more life, here the pictures are really empty of cars sims etc.. Secondary, terraform the coastline so that you can plop seawalls, because it is unrealistic to leave such a slope near roads houses or buildings without protections.

I really like the way your buildings fit around that avenue roundabout in picture 2. Can I ask which you used? Along the same topic, your use of diagonal roads with nice-fitting buildings looks very nice. Good blend of W2W & higher, modern buildings. Overall a great start
