I've downloaded the NAM Real Highway Mod and have problems with the rural highways.  It seems like pieces, if not placed exactly right, will malfunction, and I end up having to destroy everything that I've created.  Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if there's a fix?

RHW offers enormous flexibility and a vastly more realistic approach to highway building relative to the game's original networks but also has limitations. Unfortunately it is quite important that the puzzle pieces are placed in the correct spot and rotated the right way and there is no "fix" per se. If you choose to use it more often I'm sure you'll get used to its interface and it will become much easier. However many users for whom realistic highways are not as high of a priority as ease of use prefer to use the in-game highways or even a mix of both. Good luck with whichever path you choose to pursue
