Is the CP MaxisOak Replacement Mod compatible with CPT_No7a_Generic_TreeController? Where should the Tree Controller be in the Plugins? I have it last. Does it matter what order these two plugins load in?

Yes.

The order of these two mods does not matter.  I would recommended that the tree controller load before your terrain mod though (if you use one).

I found that the tree controller does not work properly unless it is ~/davemckay/Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins/ZZZ_Tree_Controller/CPT_No7a_Generic_TreeController_RequiresDependencies.dat. Otherwise it plops no variety. This is odd because for years it was in /Volumes/Mac_Pro-640Gb/Applications/SimCity 4 Deluxe/SimCity 4 Data/Plugins. It must have loaded first andyet it worked there at first.
