New Computer Build issues

Hello All,

I just built a new computer (added in my old hd as a backup)

Specs:
.... Win 7
.... ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB 3
.... AMD 965 BE
.... 4 GB RAM
.... EVGA 460 GTX SC EE


Essentually, I maxed my graphics options, set affinity to core 0. However I get graphics distortions after a short time.
I reinstalled SC4 on my new hd. I tried to update it but I'm not sure it updated. I moved my plugin-in folder from back-up to new drive.

So, I'm not sure how to get it to run properly. Any ideas?
