I have been using the BLaM Park Place Mall custom plop for a few years and have had no problems at all.  After installing a couple of other custom lots (and dependencies,) the parking lot texture is no longer visible in the game.  I have all of the required dependencies and have not removed anything so if anyone has any ideas on this i would greatly appreciate it.

Feel free to ask me any questions that might help figure this out...

I really enjoy this plop and would hate to have to not use it....

First step would be to create a folder in your plugins who's name starts with "z"  (zzzblamtest), and put all of the Blam files you need in there.  This would make the Blam files load last, and hopefully the textures will appear in-game.  If they don't, then something happened to the Blam Dependencies.  (Similarly, you might try running the game with only the blam files and see if it works).

If the textures do appear, then something you installed has a texture with the same ID.  Put the Blam files back were they were, and take out the new plugins one (or a few to speed things up) at a time.  By knowing when your textures appear and when they don't, you can figure out what is conflicting.

There are quite a few options once you figure out which files have conflicting IDs, so perhaps it is best if you isolate the problem and report back.

BTW, Welcome to SC4D :)

Wasn't there an issue years back with some of Blam not using the BSC texture index, but instead using their own numbers , or those from SC4 tool? Its been a while, so I can't remember exactly.

That is what I have heard, although I never used a blam lot.

Eventually I would suggest Jeebaweed get his own texture range and fix it, but that is kindof complicated.   Hopefully he is just missing a dependency  ::)

I would personally like to "fix and make growable" everything of BLAMs because it is really great stuff, but that will be quite the project.

thank you for your suggestion, lowkee.  i will definately try this and report back as soon as i am finished! just to be clear, by blam files you mean the dependencies that are required for the particular lot in question correct?

much appreciated! hopefully this corrects the issue!
