Problem downloading

First I have registered with both LEX and SC4D.

I have been trying to download Cleanitol.  A pop up message keeps coming up saying Download Quota for this lot has been exceeded

I have not yet been able to get the download to start, much less finish.  HELP!  Please!

The counting happens the moment you click on the download button.  So, even if you opted out of actually saving it somewhere or had a bad connection your count goes up.  There is a limit for every day (?), so if you wait a while you should be able to download again.

You've tried to download the same file too many times.
Your first attempt probably failed, but whatever little you managed to download got stuck in your download cache.
Thus, each subsequent download you've attempted has accessed that same incomplete download.

Unfortunately we also have a 24-hour quota on the number of downloads,
which now means you will have to wait one full day before trying again.

Before you try again though, be sure to clear your internet cache (in the IE menu under Tools, Internet Options). ;)
