The story is moving along nicely.  Sounds like troubles are coming!

I like the details of the rebel camp, it's a neat touch!

Interesting storyline and great pictures! The oil refinery looks just great! I like the photoshopped sun effect in the title picture and next picture.

Following from Lemsid......
==========
As the terrorists ventured out in the barren desert, they finally reached to an oasis.  One group chose to camp out here for the day.

Meanwhile, another group decided to go into downtown Lemsid.

That group decided to invade and take hostage of a nearby school.  As a result, the government responds and sends the military.

At one point, the military goes into one street.  It appears that there's going to be a large amount of opposition.

The "opposition" is the terrorists, they regrouped just waiting to fight the military.  According to military intel, the group originated from Karasem because they feel that the governments hasn't done anything for the people.  Although it originated from Karasem, some Onubis people decided to join them forming this terrorist group.

As both forces collide, a regular soccer field just turned into a battle field.  This battle will end up spreading across Onubis due to other Arab nation's anti-government protests such as Libya.

Battlecat: Thanks!

noahclem:  Thanks for stopping by!

penguin007:  Thanks!  That's the main region, the other cities were just side projects.  I get bored of the same region after some time.  :P

EDIT:  If you want a new side project, please post it here!  Nothing mainstream please, I hate building the norm cities.

Nice work! Is democracy on its way? Or more terrorism?

Another way to access Nahijo is by boat.  However, this port can't hold long distance travelers such as Bangori to here.  For example, the port can't hold a large passenger boat and its mainly used for shipping.

Hi, I love this cj!  Could you tell me where you got the modern Japanese houses in this picture along the road?

As the military sends a UAV to scan for more terrorist groups.  It appears around this general area contains enough to outnumber Onubis' 26th platoon.

Onubis has sent one of their spies to the area.  The only safe drop zone is the packed urban area in the UAV's scanning.

The spy has traveled to a small seaport to search anything unusual.  It appears that he was captured by one of the terrorists and transported to the cargo ship.

Due to the fact the ship is headed for Brazil, they had to jump off to a nearby coast-line in Onubis because they would be fleeing form the revolt.

As they travel upwards, it appears that they're in a small unknown town run by rebels and corrupt officals.  But what will happen next?  Stay tuned...

intensivecarebear: Thanks for coming!  I'm sorry, but I don't know where I got the docks from, Japanese sites are easy to lose track of.  $%Grinno$%

Alright, here's another project I "started," this is more of an experiment rather than a real project.  After using some TSC and recent NDEX works.  I made this!

I might want to expand on this, hill building is fun!  :P

I'll get to replies on the next OSTIM update.  This is more of a fun update if you wanted to put it that way.  $%Grinno$%

The current uprisings in the Middle East makes the past couple of updates much more relevant to what's happening in the world today.

Alright, last experiment for the month.  $%Grinno$%  Due to numerous of requests at my union, I made a sandbox update because they wanted to know how I build cities or scenes.  Because of that, I thought I would bring that over here.  Without a further ado, here's the update, but first replies!  :)

Lets start something like this, a blank canvas.

HHhmmm...  Needs more stuff, lets add roads!

I'm going for a rural scene, so lets add some dirt paths and stone walls.

Still needs more things, canals anybody?

Popcorn!

More popcorn!

Where is all the construction tractors and government cars?
Problem solved... (sort of)

Zoom out, but this scene is still naked.

Better!  We reached to the final product!

Now for the eyecandy:

Taken from a local middle class man:

This civil war has gone too far because the oil wealth has corrupted too many citizens.  Look at the rich!  All they do is just sit there and drink vodka all day.  This really makes me mad because they don't use their excess cash to do anything for the good of the people.

Even the city center is filled with those type of people, sinners...

I mean, look at this, they're even wasting our well-earned wages just to light the high-rises.

Meanwhile in Europe....
The AIN Union has responded to the ongoing civil war and met in Trussels to discuss ways to stop the civil war.  Currently, it's going to take days before any action could be put in place.  So far, they're planning to support the Onubis government because the Prime Minister only served for four years and increased the overall wealth of Onubis.

Even at night, they still work around the clock to find ways to support the Onubis government.

Interesting. I like that viewpoint. :P

I HAVE to say something that has been bugging me. Lay-off the lens flares. You are good enough at photoshopping to make all these pictures look amazing. ;)
