PEG External Dependencies From Disk List

I'm trying to find one of PEG's dependencies and having trouble with even getting onto the site.  The Dependency that I'm looking for is

PEG Garbage Truck PROP 206 

Every time I click the link in the E.D. the web site PEG is down, I was on the site yesterday and couldn't find it either.  Also I went to Simtropolis and I couldn't find that exact PROP under PEG's files.  Could it be labeled something different now?? 

The closest thing that I have found to it is PEG Refuse Relocation Kit.  When you click on it, it says NEW with version 206. 

Is this the same thing?

In a word, yes. The Refuse Relocation Kit has the required models for the garbage truck.
