Thanks folks, your comments are greatly appreciated.   Now, here's a test render pic of another BAT I'm working on.  It's the Ganong Chocolate Factory.  This place actually exists, although it's now a restaurant, museum and high end candy shop.  I don't have pics of the original building, so I'm "winging" it for some of the parts (especially the roof).  There's still much to do for both the model and the textures; nothings really final yet.  Cheers!

It's lookin' pretty good  I certainly hope that roof texture is due for a change..but then again you said nothing was final I really like that brick texture that you used, it's very realistic, keep up the great work!

Great work on the chocolate factory.  I love the shape, not being the standard square or rectangle.  The lot, I can just imagine what it will look like.  Lots of parked trailers and other junk.  This is going to be a great one.

OK, I've done a full render and did a basic lot, so I could see what it looks like in-game.  This is it so far.  I've made some base/overlay textures and put some props around.  Much of this will be changed prior to the final render and release of the lots though.  Cheers!

Thanks Vester, glad you like it.  OK, I've uploaded the pencil factory to the LEX.  The mech lots grow fairly well against the Maxis ones; the IM lot a little less so, but they do grow.    Speaking of mech lots, as you know I've started making a few.  This is an area that's been mostly ignored; the same with out lots.  So this morning I made another one.   This one is an open shed with a manure pile in it and so far seems to grow quite well.  As with my other mech lots, this will be a growable only and comes as a 1x2 and a 2x1.  Cheers!
