Demand Modifier has gone Kaputs

  Never seen this before: I got the majority of my I-Ag done... but five quad refuse to work (and I should note I skipped these tiles and grew other ones fine). 3 tiles has R-$/$$/$$$ all maxed out, despite being on the opposite end of the region no where near anything. I got a sneaky feeling if I could kill the R demand... my agri demand modifier would go through the roof. The other two I fear are bugs at play:

One tile keeps demanding neighbour connections... despite there being 4 of them to 3 different tiles. This tile does have a RHW-4 and Rail going through it, and the quad is split in two by a large channel, with one half zoned farm and the other half not zoned anything. My demand modifier refuses to work. As a test, I turned on the straight industrial modifier, and that didnt even budge, they're both sitting at -10K.

The other tile is truly oddball: Again, the farm modifier refuses to work. The R demand mirrors all my tiles that grew farms. For some reason, the I-HT demand is through the roof, 30K, I-D and I-M at -10K, as well my farms. So as a test, I turned on my industrial modifier, I-D and I-M stayed -10K... but I-HT dropped to -10K. Can any explain how thats possible?

ah nvm - problem solved: I popped xxdita's turbo mod into ilives... modified minimum I-R demand to 45K and viola, problem gone, I-R demand has sky rocketed.
