How do I fix this bug where I am able to place powerlines right through the BAT itself and Lot... This doesn't seem right that in the Game i can place powerlines right though them... How do I fix this so I am unable to go right through the LOT & BAT?

Does this happen with every lot? You may be using an over-hanging lot where a "false building" prop extends off the plop footprint.

It's possible to drag power lines over non-zoned buildings, but it's a bit tricky when it comes to the dragging method. Usually you have to drag from the second tower back.
