You've done some Beautiful work there on this city, Ioan!

I really loved all the shots you've presented in this update, showing nice waterfront beautiful housing and great and effective road network. Although there's some little things I may ask.. Like in the first picture it's a pity about the shadow of the boat appearing under the see, but i'm afraid you can't do much about this SC4 glitch... Also, concerning the town center, I don't see any town hall, I think it deserve one!

Also I have a question, where did you found the street underpass passing under the highway on the picture #74.6 ? I think I downloaded it but it doesn't appear in my game...

Anyway nice update Ioan, Can't wait to see the, already good looking, map finished !

Very beautiful pictures. The first one is also a bit funny because the boat seems to hover in the air. ;)

yet another beautiful update, I dont believe I've seen that rail station in 75.15 before, do you happen to remember where you found it?

That railway station fits perfectly in your environment on the last image.
It's perfect.

Very beautiful update!  I love the business office district along the river.  And I like the look of that unseen district, I hope to see more of that in a future update.

Excellent new update, Ioan! I just love how you can get beautiful and great road and rail networks. I love the last picture, showing something which looks like a new modern commercial area. Too bad there isn't any aerial metros on the line. I see the tramway lines are really present in Nimpkish Bay, that's a good thing! ;)
