Region not visible

Hello, i have a problem. I can build cities make maps etc. but when i want to overview my region i only see land, not the water and cities i have build. When i load the city everything is visible. Anyone know what to do?

So everything works fine but nothing is visible in the region view.

I have this same problem.
When you save the game to exit you can not open another program.  Complete the entire save of SC4 first before you do anything else.

Tell me if this works for you as it does for me, every time.
