rendering outcome problem

hello friends of sc4D

these last days i have a very weird problem wich im totally clueless about
its about the outcome of a  render. for sample when i start PIM-X and i check the model it suddenly is really low detailed and the wires seem to be gone invisible. the structure it self seem to be a bit darker(transparant maybe) aswell.

to make things clear i render in Gmax with rendering options high and preview options high. and it looks like this:

this is how it looks like on a preview that is about to be renderd:


and this is the outcome in PIM-X


its not a non wired model its the same as the preview

so does anyone knows whats the matter?
did i eccidently press a wrong button or something?
this is following me for a couple of days now without able to find a solution so far
and it couldnt be timed worse.. i was about to release the german set 

hope you guys can help me out a bit!

after some further digging i couldnt find anything to fix the problem
wich resulted in a full reinstallation of the bat + gmax (i backed up everything needed for my models)
fortunately this also solved the problem
