It`s been a year and a half that I'm following Antigone and your amazing work with LOTting, landscape, re-scaling of the MMP and much more. I do not usually comment on your work because I stay so impressive that I think thousands of praise and I can not write all of them because my english it`s not so good. Now I can only thank you for all you teach to us, as it is very usefu land impressive, especially the issue of re-scaling the MMP.What I like is that you not only show you work but how you do it.
When I see your updates I`m always exited. :)

Cédric, just when I think you cannot possibly create anything more beautiful, you prove me wrong again.

This is a very interesting "before-and-after" study. I have never used Scorchin's various rock formations.  The few times I tried, it ended up looking like someone dumped an unattractive load of mud or concrete then fled quickly to keep from being arrested for littering!

The most fascinating thing I see here, however, is the comparison between the photos. I will download them, put one on each monitor and study them more closely. Surely you don't have a mouse plugged into a USB port, you have a magic wand.

Ah, you should stop showing us these real-life pictures :P :D

Many thanks to each of you for your enthusiastic comments ... glad to be still able to surprise you , and , sometimes to teach you something , while I'm still learning .  ::)

The X-ray of my foot on August the 22th has revealed that the 3 fractures were evolving in the right direction , so the splint has been removed and replaced by a « Barouk shoe » and , as I was able to walk almost normally with it , I've decided to go back at my job the following day  -  too much money to lose in that stupid story ... That means that I'll be fully back at Devotion only at the end of September  . That said , as I'm eager to progress with Champclause , I spend all the free time I have on it .  :-[

This picture has been firstly posted at Girafe's BAT thread to thank him for all his beautiful and now indispensable work about SC4 flora :

Since , Champclause is growing , slowly but surely :

The only closer view I'm ready to show you . On the right side of the road the LotEditing & landscaping of the farms  ( SFBT -Voltaic ) is over . On the left side , except the rural town hall LotEditing (TSC - Namspopof ) which is over , everything else is only at the pre-LotEditing phase :

Oh , and I've forgotten to tell you that Champclause is a real small village ( I should rather say an hamlet ... ) of Haute-Loire , so small and isolated on a plateau that pictures are hard to find on the Net .  $%Grinno$%

Winter view ;

Closer view ;

Surrounding landscape (My inspiration ... ) ;

Guillaume , thanks for your offer about calvaries . I've got already a good collection of them from Vnaoned  , but I would be very pleased to use yours as well ( HD , indeed ... ) . You can send me them using my email adress , see my profile .  :thumbsup:

The grid means nothing to you, Cédric.  Keep getting well, my friend, even though it means we lose having you here with us as much as we would like.

All your pictures are so beautiful!!! Fantastic work on it. :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

Extraordinary beautiful hamlet...
I have to say, your skills with Lotediting are really insurpassable, and I'm quite jealous. Each picture is the feast for the eyes, each time I admire once more your pictures, I can see new small and exquisite details I didn't see the first time !
However, If you might permit me a suggestion, I have a feeling this is a wide town hall for a really small hamlet.
Maybe more density of houses all around will be good, why not the small houses and stores from Vincent ? (vnaoned)
Anyway, extraordinary work, as usual  &apls &apls &apls

Cédric, I'm so pleased to know you are healing properly. There isn't much doctors can do about foot and toe fractures to ensure the bones knit back together properly. Consider yourself very fortunate to be up and about so soon.

What a lovely little village you're creating! It's the kind of place where I'd like to spend a leisurely weekend walking along the paths, soaking up the peace and quiet. Perhaps you could include a guest house (or whatever you call them) and a picturesque little chapel to visit on Sunday morning.

Exceptional work you're doing here as always...

Davidbat , Yann , Arthur , Emmanuel , Joan , namspopof , Arne , thanks for your comments .  :)

A medieval pigeon house , still active , & haymaking time .

3 pictures and a few words . I just hope that David  is right and the grid  broken enough ( not enough for my taste concerning the road , SAM curves being « inviolable » as for LotEditing than for MMPs... so I do intend to rather use « classical » curves ) . And for the rest , the merit has to be adressed mainly to BATers for their props at 45 and 225 degrees ...  :thumbsup:

Considering the inextricable mix of LotEditing & MMPs  ,  I wouldn't request you to guess what has been done precisely  behind the scene ( I begin to be lost myself ! ...  $%Grinno$% ) .

I hope that Joan , waiting for a chapel to visit ( That's planned ....  ;) ) , will have some pleasure to visit that medieval pigeon house - the pride of Champclause , and a BAT (resized with a factor of 0.8 ... )  from Roulback / TSC . I hope you'll detect hens & chickens  on the ground of the farm ( I personally need my glasses ...   ;D ) , a Vespa & various other rural props  from Vnaoned (old typical french rural lamp-posts , hives , vehicles , etc.) , I hope you'll admire that antique wash-house  & others ancient rural buildings & brand new agricultural equipments from Orange_o_  . More generally , thanks to Voltaic , namspopof , Air6 , citymax ... and , finally , I hope to convince Yann that this rural town hall isn't so big and , as one goes along that Champclause is growing , it will be perfectly justified !  ;D

Last precision about the pigeon house , I've been inspired by the pigeon house from the abbey of Flaran , Gers , France :

Surely Roulback himself wouldn't have expected such use of his BAT .  ;D

Slowly but surely ... to the next .  :thumbsup:

Cédric .

Edit of September 03 :

Hey Joan ,

I've found your chapel/church ... It will be the Bosham Church from Mntoes ( STEX) :

I've cleared the Lot , as usual , but I'm not sure of the current layout , this is just to see how it fits ... truly the most proper I'xe found , in fact .  ;)

Cédric..

Hi Cédric,

As our Girafe, I would give you a gold medal for that genius idea with the roulback's tower entry  &apls &apls &apls

Only 3 pictures but thousands of small details and ideas, associated with a perfect "lanscaping" that make your CJ a "unique experience", always so incredible...

You convice me, finally the town hall finds perfectly its place, as it growing, slowly but surely...  ;D

Take care

Sorry english speakers, but I must write in french, it's stronger than me :D

Guillaume :thumbsup:
