when im playing simcity4 deluxe the game will kick me out to the windows screen is there anything i can do to prevent this anything will help.

By kick out I presume you mean "crash to desktop" commonly" called "CTD"... Do you have a computer with multiple core ? If yes try using only one of the core as SC4 is not meant to be played on multiple cores. (crashes etc )

Other thing I can think of is a plugin conflict. Try to Move out of the plugin folder the pulgins (BATs, Lots or mods) you've recently added (let say a week), if it doesn't crash anymore, add them ONE BY ONE and see with one makes your game crashes. If it crash again yet after moving them, Do it again with 20 more plugins etc.

Also you should have posted your problem in the "PLAYing the Game Help"  subforum. Also please think to add an explicit topic name.

We need more info to help you. When does it crash? Is it random or always at a certain time.

Post the first 20 lines only of your latest exception report and a screenshot of your Direct X Diagnostics. The exception report can be found in your Simcity folder and the DX diag can be obtained by typing dxdiag into Command Prompt.

it crashes randomly and it started before i downloaded plugins.

I can tell you some previous experience before plugins, here's some stupid things that can cause CTD's, zooming in/out when your holding a ploppable lot, plopping stuff from menus, when the game is changing songs (I have encountered this), Puzzle Piece over a TE lot, i.e. accidentally hovering an interchange over a toll-booth or ferry terminal, etc.

To diagnose CTD's/exceptions, locate in your Documents, the SimCity 4 folder, there should be a folder called Exception Reports. Open up the Exception folder, everyone always has one to two times too many text files logging SimCity 4 Execption Reports, which just is another set of words for crash and burn.
