This is an old (but very good) stuff. You can find it at ST:

The building in the center is the Independency Art Gallery by rudricus;
Low building behind it is a part of BSC Parks - RT Cantina BLS (made by barbyw);
Two mediterranean - looking houses on the left side and on the top are from Cobb showcase - Cobb Riviera and Cobb Europa (I suggest to write "Cobb" in ST, there are more cool buildings there).
