Very nice, though I say TLA-5 and 3 would be better for the commercial stretches.

The only reason I would 2nd the TLA-3 in front of that Panera is because all those driveways are more exposed. It would be different if there were not as many driveways. The Mave looks nice in front of those downtown buildings those.

If you have not done so already, you may want to replace the Maxis hand icon stop sign, with the actual worded stop sign.

Don't worry, this is only an experiment with my suburbs anyway. On my later CJ I will have new NWM roads and will make sure they are done realistically. But the help I won't take is how to build a suburb, they build like this on the East Coast. I will use the small 4 lane 1 tile avenue Tarkus has made when he releases NWM 2.0 and I will use the 6 lane avenue with a median and turning lanes for my long city strip. No worries, I know how to do roads, just don't have all I need yet. When I do I will build realistically.

@Mulu2065: For your long strip? The new 6 lane avenue with the median will be 3 tiles wide, from what I can see, it looks like Pineville still has some room on the left to build that, otherwise I hate to see you go thru all the demolition work. Depending on the amount of intersections you have though, you may or may not end up building a 3 tile wide TLA in the end though. IDK.

Does look like a torrent rather than a trickle...but on the whole that's a good suburb going on there!

Now that NAM 30 is out, it's time to change my roads.

^^ you should try to get alittle bit of variation into your commercial areas!
Also those W2W buildings do not fit into this area.
