A missing plugin or dependancy?

hey, sorry to keep posting about my problems, ive had an issue with a missing plugin or dependancy. so after finally managing to unlock the Hunt Leushar mansion from CSX, i plop it and i am faced with this:

i have had this same issue before with some high wealth low density houses, of which i cannot determine whether they are maxis or downloaded. i have checked all plugins and dependancies related to the mansion, and i have them all correctly installed, so i am wondering whether i am missing something vital.
any help is very much appreciated.

You are still missing one or more prop packs for this lot.  Here is the complete list of dependencies:

CSX MEGA Props - Vol03
CSX MEGA Props - Vol05
CP_PropPack_Vol01
CP Trees as Props
BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01
PEG_MTP_RESOURCE_vol1
BSC MEGA Props - swi21 Vol01
BSC Textures Vol 01
BSC_TexturePack_Cycledogg_V 01b

It looks like mainly trees and flora that are missing, so I suspect it's one of the CP or SG packs that is missing.

yes, i can understand all that, but the first thing i did was check all dependancies, and go through the readme. these arent the issue, its the brown boxes that arent exclusive to the mansion, ive seen it in other lots as well, so i think it must be something vital.

The brown boxes indicate that you are missing the model files for these props.  There is nothing that can cause this other than a missing dependency.

I can tell that you do not have all dependencies installed because there is supposed to be a pool behind the mansion, but the pool is missing in your photo.  This pool comes from the BSC MEGA Props - SG Vol 01 pack.  I can also tell that you do not have either CP_PropPack_Vol01 or CP Trees as Props because you are missing trees from these packs.

You should also make sure that you downloaded all of these dependencies, aside from PEG_MTP_RESOURCE_vol1, from the LEX here.  There are older versions of some of these dependencies on other sites.

I would also recommend that you reinstall all dependencies again, then re-check the lot.  That's really all I can think of.
