How Do I only show civic buildings

When working in a city that has large skyscrapers, deleting civic buildings becomes tricky, sometimes no matter what rotation angle you look from you still cannot see the subway station that is placed between the larger growable buildings.  In some cases you may be able to see the subway station but cannot highlight it to delete it or check its properties as the building in the foreground always gets in the way.  Using zone view does not work as all civic buildings disappear completely.  How do other users workaround this gameplay issue?

I'm not 100% sure but what if you select the education/fire/police coverage views? THis way the civic buildings will be highlighted and possibly are a little bit easier to select with the bulldozer?

Yes that does work for schools hospitals police stations and fire stations
but I will be honest with you
never had an issue with those buildings
it was the single square subway stations bus stops tiny parks etc that would get completely lost
and to delete them I would end up deleting multiple blocks by accident just to get to change over a tiny park to a subway station or a bust station
I guess the simplest solution is to just build your city more carefully in the first place ... sigh ...

Some things can be bulldozed in Zone View. And you can bulldoze subway stations in underground mode (after selecting the subway track tool).

For locating transit stations I find the Road Top Mass Transit Mod very useful. It adds Icons above all stations and stops that can be easily seen even in dense skyscraper jungles.
